The New Building was erected to be ( The Museum Of The State) on the old north wall of the site. It symbolizes the dual nature of Qatar's environment from stone age to the Oil age.

It is of three floors :

* The upper floor houses the Administration Offices .

* The main entrance is on the Middle floor, which displays the  formation of Earth according to scientists

* The lower floor exhibits ; The findings of the archaeological , excavations in Qatar's Peninsula, Natural History, Islamic findings, Geology and oil .
